My mushroom series was created over the second lockdown, where I dove deep into building detail and a sense of storytelling in my drawings. The two pieces were some of the earliest of the nearly twenty completed. My practice combines hand-drawn line work with digital colouring to create an aesthetic reminiscent of 1980s manga. However, most people assume that the whole process is done digitally, and I wanted to take this opportunity to show the original illustrations - Andrew Yee
