Filipinos love to celebrate—almost as much as we love to eat. From fresh lumpia to a Tito’s take on Jollibee, every feast is an abundance of flavour, where cutlery is entirely optional. My favorite part of any gathering is when our Titas present the final dish, delicately unveiling trays of aluminum foil-clad containers. Sure, the delivery could’ve been fancier, but hey!— the flavour always trumps aesthetics. These digital prints pay tribute to those aluminium foil-clad containers - the star of those celebrations: Leche Flan.
